Introducing our Ready2List Package
This package is designed to keep things simple and give you everything you need in one go. It includes everything from photos to floor plans and drone shots, so you don’t have to worry about adding anything extra. It’s all about showcasing the property beautifully while showing your sellers the value you bring.
You also don’t have to worry about choosing the number of photos—we’ll cover everything needed. The quantity depends on the size of the house, usually around 30 to 50 photos. It’s all about making things easy for you and delivering the best results.

For properties larger than 4,000 square feet, an additional fee of $50 will be applied.

It highlights every space in its best light, combining professional photography, expert composition, and attention to detail to showcase your property’s unique features. From bright, inviting interiors to crisp, eye-catching visuals, Elevate ensures your listings grab attention, stand out in a competitive market, and give your property the presentation it truly deserves.
You also don’t have to worry about choosing the number of photos—we’ll cover everything needed. The quantity depends on the size of the apartment, usually around 25 to 40 photos. It’s all about making things easy for you and delivering the best results.
